What is your fee? Do you take a percentage of my rent?
NO! We make our profit from guest paying a premium to stay at your property. So no added charge to you.
How do we guarantee rent?
Easy. We leverage short term rental to generate a profitable business. Your rent is our cost to run a business.
Do you advertise on AIR BNB, VRBO etc
We use multiple booking sites to continually fill vacancies as our business is seasonal. Such platforms OTA (Online Travel Agencies) are used to commicate with guest.
We do target our marketing to attract buisness professionals such as travel nurses, first responders, traveling families etc.
How do you know who is coming into the building?
Our top priority is safety of our guest and your property. We will install cameras outside the property as install an electronic lock which you will have access to.
How do we ensure there are no parties?
Having parties can raise the risk of property damage, which can lead to a longer turn around time which leads to delay in our revenue. We will install noise monitors in your property to help ensure things are under control.
We understand our reputation is on the line and if any damage is made, we 100% take care of it.
Do you screen your guest?
The platforms we work with do a background and ID verification check and forward the information to us to personally accept or deny a guest.
